Skyla provides extended stay accommodation and associated services through its branded properties. These Terms apply to all bookings, stays, and interactions with Skyla's properties and digital platforms.

Reservations and Payments

Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or valid credit card authorization.
Payment Terms: Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the property’s policy.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and property. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7-10 business days].
